WASTE WATER TREATMENT BY FBC . BOILIZATION TECHNOLOGY
INTRODUCE
Fluidized Bed Crystallization (FBC) uses silica sand as a substrate and crystallizer to recover metal salts or inorganic ions from wastewater in crystalline form. The wastewater is distributed from the bottom up and is properly controlled to maintain the crystallization zone in a fixed granular form. In the liquefied state, the crystals develop cohesively. By controlling the addition of the catalyst along with regulating the cyclic flow rate, it provides the proper saturation for crystal formation. The crystals are discharged when the size increases to 1 to 2 mm in diameter and settle to the bottom by gravity.
ADVANTAGES OF BOILING STRENGTH TECHNOLOGY
- Effectively remove inorganic ions from wastewater.
- Reduce sludge volume by 75%, and thus reduce treatment costs.
- Recover valuable resources in crystal form, and thus profit from waste
- disposal, as well as comply with environmental regulations.
APPLICATION
- Wastewater contains fluoride.
- Wastewater contains arsenic.
- Water softeners.
- Remove phosphate/ammonium.
- Remove heavy metals from wastewater.
